Ramazan Çetin / Denizli, Sep 23 () - In Denizli province, a sacrificial calf fled its owner and hid in an optician’s shop, after causing a minor chaos in streets of the neighborhood.
As a typical component of the feast of sacrifice in Turkey, sacrificial calves, lambs keep fleeing and hitting streets every year, causing “anarchy” in provinces.
In Bahçelievler neighborhood, a sacrificial calf fled its owner, advanced around four kilometers and after a parking lot, it went into hiding in an optician in Saraylar neighborhood.
As the rebel calf caused fear among locals and staff of the optician, some of the workers locked themselves in the rear room of the shop.
Owner of the calve, with help of an inhabitant, captured the rebel calve, tied its legs, than cleared it out of the shop.
Staff told the calf even has gored and broken the mirror, when he saw his reflection.
