Artvin, Aug 26 () - A video revealed that one of the missing persons, four-year-old Taha Su, amid flood disaster in Black Sea province of Artvin has gone missing after the fire truck collapsed and dropped down the child to the flood water.

In Sundura neighberhood in Hopa district of Artvin where the highest death toll has been registered in the recent flood disaster, Su family has called the fire department when their houses has fallen under threat in course of excessive precipitation, and the family has been helped to get on the fire truck.

However the truck has not manage to survive in storm water and has collapsed. Meanwhile, four-year-old Taha has gone adrifted and missing.

Father Erhan Su announced that the family were to file a complaint against the fire department.

The flood disaster in the Black Sea province of Artvin after disastrous rain and landslides has left eight people killed, and a debate has sparked regarding the impact of hydroelectric power plants being constructed in the area which could have triggered the deadly flood.
