İstanbul, Aug. 13 () – Dollar has hit record high at 2.8209 liras, having exceeded 2.82-lira level, after growth of security tension over clashes across Turkey and the uncertainty regarding coalition talks.

Dollar had hit the record high of all time, with 2.8094 liras, on June 8, 2015, over the general elections results striking Turkey.

While the dollar opened over 2.77 liras, after the coalition summit between PM Ahmet Davutoğlu and CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, dollar hit  2.8209 liras, and hit a new record high.

Accordingly, euro rose to 3.1352 liras, having exceeded the 3.13 level, in parallel with dollar. While loss in stock market reached 3.0 percent, index fell to 75, 819 score level.
